The first photo is taken when the 7up or sprite bottle is opened and the other when emptied...
My first guess was the cover of a condom.. (heh, heh..), but then I kinda agree with Shreekanht
@ Srikanth: You r perfectly right bout the second one. The first one is a pic of a fountain 7up (in a cup)
